Change of Plans?

I understand that unanticipated events or illness happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In order to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, fees are as follows:

First late reschedule- No charge! Things happen, and we can fit you in another time.

All late reschedules after- You will be charged half the appointment price.

First late cancellation- No charge! Things happen, I hope you come back!

All late cancellations after- You will be charged the full price of your scheduled appointment

No-shows
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment for whatever reason, you will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged the full amount for your missed appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. I understand things happen, so if I do not have another client after you, I will do my best to give you the entire treatment! Depending upon how late you arrive, we will determine if there is enough time remaining to start your session. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full price. Out of respect and consideration to others, please plan accordingly and be on time.

All fees need to be paid prior to your next appointment.
