Therapeutic Massage- Whether you're looking to relax, relieve pain, or both, therapeutic massage is for you! I begin with gentle, flowing strokes to help calm your system. As you relax, pressure will gradually increase to address specific areas and deeper muscular tension. A great go-to to get all the best benefits of massage!

Deep Bamboo Therapy- This version of a "deep tissue massage" is similar to a therapeutic massage, but is designed to break up the most difficult areas of adhesion. I will use heated bamboo sticks to access deeper into the muscle tissue, addressing those stubborn knots.

Great Outdoors Sports Massage- Skiing, Hiking, Climbing, Rowing, Riding- whatever your passion, Montana has it! Keep your body up to the task. A quicker pace is used to energize your muscles and increase blood flow. Prepare your body for exercise, or recover from it. Vibration tools may be used to power through myofascial adhesions.

Somatic Massage- Gain a deeper understanding of your body's amazing ability to heal. Somatic massage is a grounding and deeply supportive massage, combined with awareness-building meditation techniques and gentle movement. This works well as a fully-clothed treatment, offering a greater sense of safety. During a Somatic massage, you will feel nurtured and cared for, while you learn to become aware of your body's signals. Somatic Massage can help you move more freely, reduce chronic pain, and reduce symptoms of anxiety and PTSD. Somatic Massage is especially beneficial if you've experienced trauma, addiction, are grieving, or just want to have a better relationship with your body. *Multiple or regular sessions are highly recommended, as we are training your mind and body to communicate more effectively. Just like learning a language, the more you practice, the more efficient the conversation.

Hot Stone Therapy- Therapeutic massage techniques are combined with warm stones to melt deeper into the muscle tissue, dissolving away tension. A nourishing and relaxing experience, hot stone therapy is especially wonderful on cold winter days.

River Stone Therapy- With river stone therapy, I will use "cool to the touch" river stones to deliver firm pressure, leaving you feeling relaxed and revitalized. When you want a massage that doesn't leave you overheated, river stone therapy is the answer. Perfect for hot summer weather!

Nourishing Hand & Foot Scrub * add on- Tired feet? Sore hands? Pamper yourself with this little something extra. I'll use a nourishing salt scrub to massage your hands and feet for an extra 15 minutes at the end of your treatment, finishing with warm towels to leave you feeling like royalty! $20 / 15 min

Warm Oil Foot Wrap *add on- Foot anointing has been a deeply healing gesture of respect for thousands of years, across many cultures. I will anoint your feet with warm oil, gently wrap them in a warm towel, and end with grounding compressions to specific reflexology points. You deserve respect, and so do your feet! $20 / 15 min

Warm Oil Scalp Massage *add on- Experience the calming effects of scalp massage, while enjoying the benefits of warm oil. Helps boost follicle growth, scalp health, and softens your hair. $10/ 10 min

Tea & Unwind *add on- Would you like some extra time for yourself to bask in the benefits of your treatment? Stay awhile, and enjoy some tea! I'll put the kettle on for you, let you choose from a variety of hand-forged seasonal teas, and leave you in peace. You may lounge and read from the library, stretch, use provided self-care tools, meditate, or just lay on the table and listen to music. This time is all for you, no need to rush out the door. $10 / 20 min
